Passion Tree House, LLC (PTH) offers two affiliate programs.
Non-Profit Organizations:
The first program is for 501c3, non-profit organizations, primarily for animal welfare organizations, but other 501c3 non-profits are welcome as well as determined by our Board of Directors.
We only accept two 501c3 organizations per year into our Passion's Tree Of Life Foundation (PTL).
Through this program an organization may retail our foods through a link they place on their website. Our Mr. BD! and Passion's Tree Of Life Fndtn. logos, along with our PTL Director's email address must be displayed along with the link. That link will indicate to us that your website visitor has placed an order in our store and you will be paid a minimum of a 25% commission on each sale before shipping is applied. We pay commissions on a quarterly basis.
PTH does all of the work! We make the food, we package the food, we package the shipments, we do the payment processing and the bookeeping. All your organization does is collect your commissions. This is the secondary reason PTH went into business, to help animal welfare agencies stay financially secure through the sales of a premier product!
In addition to the commissions, each 501c3 becomes a valued member inour Private Foundation, Passion's Tree Of Life Foundation in their particular division, avian, canine or feline. Because your organization will be a member in our foundation, your organization will be eligible for recommendation to our customers for any donations they wish to make to one of our members, your organization will be featured on our official PTL Foundation website at www.PTLFoundation.org, we will gladly place articles in our BD! Monthly Squawker about your organization when you submit those articles to us, we will notify our customers of your upcoming events, PTH will occasionally send gifts of food, toys, accessories, etc. to your facility, and here is another GREAT part, your organization will recieve a minimum of 35% off of the price of our food for use in your facility for the animals your organization has rescued and is providing sanctuary to! This discount allows you to purchase our foods at less than what it costs us to produce it. The difference in cost is our donation to your organization. This is only one way we help the animal welfare community.
In addition, once your organization is a member in PTL Foundation, it will be eligible for membership in our "by-invitation-only", Global Institute (G.I.) for the Standardization and Accreditation of Animal Welfare Rescues, Sanctuaries and Shelters. Our annual grants are awarded to only members in good standing in our G.I. Members of our PTL Foundation who are not members in our G.I. are not eligible for annual grants.
Retailer's Affiliation:
Our second affiliation program is for retailers only. These are defined as businesses and oganizations who only wish to retail our foods for a profit. We pay a 25% commission rate. We pay those commissions quarterly. These affiliates abide by the same link, logo and email address requirements as our non-profit organizations, but they are not eligible for donations and charitable gifts. They sell for profit only.
In addition, retailers may purchase our foods at a considerable discount, depending on the number of packages purchased per order. Then they may sell our foods for at least the same price listed on our website, or more, depending on what their individual market location will bear.
Both of these programs are "open-in" and "open-out", meaning that either party may end the business relationship at any time.
