IMPORTANT NOTICE!
LEGAL: It has come to our attention that others are beginning to attempt to "copy" BD! products. We want to make our customers aware of this and ask you to notify us if you suspect the display or sale of any "copy-cat" Passion Tree House, LLC products. PTH, LLC products are not to be re-sold except through written permission from our official CEO's. PTH, LLC products are not to be displayed or sold outside of our original packaging, nor are they to be re-packaged in any manner or form for resale or for complimentary samples. PTH, LLC products are not to be displayed, sold or given as gifts or samples out of bulk bins. PTH,LLC products are not to be mixed, or otherwise combined in any way with other ingredients, products or other manufacturer's foods for distribution in any way. If the label indicates that BD! is one of the ingredients in a self-mix product any individual is selling, this is illegal, do not purchase the product.
In fact, after January 1, 2007, every retailer who sells our foods out of their physical store front are required to display an Authentic Passion Tree House, LLC Retailer's Association Certificate. If your retailer cannot provide that certificate, or should you suspect the certificate is bogus, contact us immediately for an internal vendor verification number.

Our BirD-elicious!, SeeD-elicious! and specialty foods will always be packaged in a brown Kraft, polyester-interfaced, bottom-gusseted, re-sealable 16 ounce package.

When you receive your BirD-elicious! it will be vacuum-packed and permanently closed with a secure heat-seal until you, the customer, opens each individual 16oz package.
DO NOT purchase any food advertised or displayed as BirD-elicious! if it is not in our packaging as described here and bares the heat-sealed closure.
If you suspect our foods have been re-packaged in any manner, other than by the official production facility, notify us. We have identifying marks on our packaging to provide notice and proof of fraud.
We want you, the customer, to receive and feed only the first, only THE original, the freshest BirD-elicious! Species-Specific products produced ONLY by us at our OFFICIAL facility.
We're the first on the market with true species-specific, whole-food in human-grade, organic quality bird foods.
Settle for nothing less than the BEST and nothing but, the ORIGINAL!
